Everyone likes living in a clean and a hygienic environment, so it becomes equally important for us to do our bit in conserving it. Therefore, just like we have our other things cleaned regularly, our trash bins also need periodic cleaning to keep away the diseases.
Hence getting your trash bins cleaned monthly ensures that there is no foul odour, vermins or pathogens around. Moreover, it also helps you comply with the Government regulations.
We request you to please follow the instructions mentioned below for a seamless experience.
- Choose the number of bins to be cleaned.
- Choose the day & date your bins are emptied.
- A reminder message will be sent to you one day prior to your next bin clean.
- Please make arrangements if you require all three bins cleaned as recycling and green waste bins are emptied on alternate weeks.
- Buying your bin clean at least two days before waste collection is preferred.
- A Bin Hygiene sticker will be placed on your bin to enable our team to identify the bins that need to be cleaned.
Please make sure
- The bins left out for cleaning are noticeable and easily reachable for our Hygiene experts.
- The bins are empty and rubbish-free.
Kindly Note
We will not be responsible if the conditions mentioned are not met and your bins are unable to be cleaned. Under these conditions, reimbursements will not apply.
In case, we are unable to attend within two business days of your booking date, a team member will call you.
FRIDAY WASTE COLLECTION SUBURBS WILL BE BOOKED FOR CLEANING NEXT DAY ON SATURDAY.
