2Why should I get my bins cleaned?

Getting rid of bacteria & germs requires much more than a garden hose and a detergent. We use highly pressurized hot water to deeply remove the stubborn grime and to effectively eliminate the disease causing pathogens. We'll also deodorize them to ensure that they not only look good, but also smell good.

3How often should I have my bins cleaned?

We advise you to get your bins cleaned at least monthly but it is recommended to have them cleaned at least twice a month for residential customers and weekly for commercial ones to ensure that the highest level of hygiene is maintained; and those you care about are safe.

4When will you come to clean my bins?

On signing up to our service, you'll receive an email and a text message regarding the date of service. We will also inform you in the same way once we are there and on completing the job. The service frequency for cleaning the bins will be the same day of the same week of each month.

5How will I know that my bins have been cleaned?

Most bins are dirty and have a foul smell. So, it is quite obvious to spot a clean bin that not only looks good but also smells good. Moreover, we will place a small sticker tape on the lid after cleaning that can be easily removed to confirm that the bins have been cleaned, disinfected & deodorized properly.

6Do my bins need to be empty to receive service?

Yes, the bins have to be empty in order to be cleaned. If your bins are not empty, we might have to reschedule the service for another day.

7Are your methods really eco-friendly?

We work using pressurized hot water to remove the stubborn grime and to eliminate the disease causing pathogens. All the waste water is then collected in the tanks within the truck, which is later disposed off responsibly and legally at a registered drop-off point. We further use bio-degradable chemicals for deodorizing your bins which pose no threat to the environment. Hence, you can rest assured that you are choosing the right company for bin cleaning.

8Can your cleaning services be customised?

Yes, we offer bespoke cleaning services for all commercial & residential establishments irrespective of their size. We have outlined some common plans on our solutions page. But if you need a customized bin cleaning plan, just get in touch and we would be glad to make one to suit your needs & requirements.

9What happens if I switch the property?

In case you shit elsewhere, we would continue to service your bins if they fall under our service area, as highlighted in the first FAQ. However, if you move out of our service area, we would simply terminate your account and refund the amount of the remaining services.

10Do you clean dumpsters?

Yes, you can feel free to get in touch to get your dumpsters cleaned, disinfected & deodorized.
